Definition and Analysis

Extending the findings of the strategy development, we create a requirements definition document that provides budgetary costs, a business case and a proposed timeline for implementing the selected business continuity strategy.

Planning and Design

During the detailed planning and design phase, we develop a unified solution that matches your business needs to your underlying storage and network infrastructure requirements.

The business continuity design document includes diagrams, cost estimates, a bill of materials for required equipment and a project plan for implementation.

Solution Implementation

We will work closely with you to implement the solution defined in the detailed design document, and we will provide detailed “as-built” documentation of the implemented solution. Knowledge transfer to your staff is also performed during this phase.

Business Continuity Plan

Leveraging existing disaster recovery plans and operational processes, we develop a new business continuity plan focused on application and data recovery processes.

Operationalize and Test Plan

Once the infrastructure is in place to support an operationalized environment, applications are migrated and the fail-over and recovery process is validated. We recommend that your business continuity plan be tested every six months and that new applications be deployed based on requirements defined in the detailed design guide in order to maintain ongoing, high-availability operations and compliance requirements.
