Behavioral Screen
This final screen seeks to find business culture alignment between candidates and clients. Familiarity with reporting structures and leadership styles is the focus of this screen and is achieved through a series of open-ended and hypothetical questions. The Behavioral Screen narrows down the candidate pool 50% further from those remaining after the Technical Screen.
